I have some very exciting news to share with you – I have been chosen as one of the bloggers to represent the Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly expo in Chicago on April 7 & 8, 2018! I am so full of joy and cannot wait to connect with all of the other GF bloggers and even meet some of you amazing readers too! Did you know that the GFAF Expo is the largest Gluten Free and Allergy Friendly event in the United States? If you didn’t well now you do!

This expo is AMAZING, I went for the very first time last year and I was super impressed with the amount of new products, friendships and knowledge I left with! If you are new to gluten free life, or even if you are a seasoned (GF seasoning, of course) vet when it comes to this gluten free world, you will leave this expo with a bag full of goodies, a smile on your face AND a full tummy! Yes – I said full tummy, there are samples GALORE and guess what!? THEY ARE ALL GLUTEN FREE (currently doing a happy dance as I write this) AND, if you have other food allergies or intolerances like me, they also have tons of items there that are free from nuts, dairy, soy, fish, eggs and more.

Not to mention, the amount of take home goodies you receive is well worth the admission price and then some!

This expo is fun for the whole family! In addition to the really delicious food, there are fun activities for the kids to do and informational classes given to expand your knowledge of gluten free and allergy living. There is truly something for everyone to do and for everyone to eat!

Grab your best friend, neighbor, kids, significant other, co-worker, whomever and invite them to join you to experience this gluten free paradise! Even if they are non-GF, they will likely enjoy themselves and learn something new at the same time, I promise. My mother is not gluten free, but she attended with me last year & she learned so many new things and tasted so many new delicious foods that she has not stopped talking about the expo and cannot wait to attend again this year!
