If you follow me on Instagram, then you know I have been (obsessively) talking about this thing called Brandless and how much I LOVE it. I even did an Instagram live unboxing of the very first box that I ordered a few weeks ago and many of you were very interested in learning more so I decided I would make this post to outline all of the questions I have been getting.
But, before I go into all of the specifics as to why this is one of the greatest companies to ever exist (in my opinion), I wanted to let you know that this post is NOT sponsored in any way! I have fallen in love with this company after seeing an Instagram post from Erica Dermer (aka Celiac and the Beast), about this cool company where everything is inexpensive ($3 or less to be exact). The coolest part is that all of their products are natural and they have a whole bunch of amazing organic, gluten free and vegan items.
I clicked on to their Instagram profile from Erica’s so quick and clicked on their website. I was actually brought to tears when I opened up their homepage. Everything really was $3 or less! I began navigating all of their gluten free food options and man do they have a lot. Many of them certified gluten free too!
I am so excited to be sharing this amazing brand with you guys and answering your most asked questions! (Please note that I am answering these questions based on my experience and my knowledge of the company. I do not work for Brandless nor am I affiliated in any way, all of the information shared below is accurate to the best of my knowledge.)
Why is everything is so cheap?
It’s because all of their products are free from BrandTax™. According to their website, “BrandTax™ is the hidden costs you pay for a national brand. We estimate the average person pays at least 40% more for products of comparable quality as ours. And sometimes up to 370% more for beauty products like face cream. We’re here to eliminate BrandTax™ once and for all.” They also work to source the best ingredients at the best price for their products so that everything can remain cheap for you! If the amazing cost savings don’t already convince you, the company is partnered up with Feeding America and with every purchase made, a meal is donated to feed someone in need.

Is there a membership?
Yes. But it is NOT required to make purchases on their site which I think is great. They offer a membership that costs $36/ year and it gives you free shipping on every order with no minimum, but that’s not the best part. The best part about having a membership (again, not required) is that when you sign up, they donate 10, yes TEN meals to the hungry and with every order you place they donate two meals instead of one! To me, it’s the giving back part that makes me all warm and fuzzy on the inside and makes having the membership worth it.
