Last week I was lucky enough to have a much needed girls trip with my mom, sister and one of our close family friends. We went to Las Vegas since my sister recently turned 21. I was SO excited to go back to Vegas as I haven’t been in years and last time I went I did not have Celiac Disease or a dairy allergy.
Let me just say, I was beyond THRILLED with the large amount of celiac safe restaurants in Las Vegas! This city really knows how to do gluten free & allergy friendly. While I was there for 6 days, I did not get to try even half of the wonderful celiac safe & allergy friendly places that they have (guess that means I just have to make another trip back 😉).
Below is a list of my favorite dairy free, allergy friendly and Celiac Safe restaurants in Las Vegas. They are organized by cuisine and include location.
French
Mon Ami Gabi | Paris Hotel
This place is très bon (very good) when it comes to food allergies & gluten free! We ended up going here for brunch our first day based off of the numerous recommendations I was given by fellow celiac bloggers telling me that I HAD to try this place out. Let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint!
I went in and asked for a GF menu and the host told me that everything on the breakfast menu can be done GF safely except for the crepes. After we were seated, I told my server that I have Celiac Disease (they know what that is 👏) and a dairy allergy. Together, we went through the menu and she told me the things that I could have that would be safe and assured me that she would also double check with the chef to verify my food could be made safely. She also informed me that they offer GF toast and it is toasted in a separate toaster – you already know my bread loving self was doing a happy dance when she told me that!
I ended up ordering an egg white omelette with avocado, mushroom, bell pepper, spinach and a tomato relish on top with a side of GF toast. It was SO good! My food even came out with a little allergy pick, which calmed my nerves and allowed me to enjoy the first bite with ease instead of stress as I knew they took my dietary restrictions seriously.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant | Paris Hotel
This restaurant is SO good for so many reasons! Magnifique view of the entire strip, we got to sit on the window and watch the Bellagio fountains dance while we ate our meal. They are also fantastic with food allergies and I had the best experience of the entire trip here.
Not only was the view to die for, the treatment I received was fit for a queen! We made a reservation for this restaurant a month ahead of our trip (it’s highly recommended as they get very busy) and during the reservation process, they so kindly noted my dietary restrictions since I started off the phone call asking my usual questions. When we arrived the host and server were already aware of my need for gluten and dairy free food.
When we got the the table, our server took the time to speak with me in detail about the gluten free menu and listened with care as I went into detail about my dietary needs (they also know what Celiac Disease is here 👏). I felt so comfortable and taken care of that I did not have one ounce of dining out anxiety like I normally do.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that they have gluten free bread here. I repeat, they have GLUTEN FREE BREAD here!! I’m sure you can tell how excited I was to hear this news. My server ended up bringing me out 2 orders (an order is 4 slices) of the GF bread and some oil and vinegar so that I can eat bread before my meal like everyone else. She even gave me an order of GF bread to go (did I mention she was an angel?!) BONUS: There is NO extra charge for GF bread here, no matter how many orders you get (however, this restaurant is very pricey so keep that in mind).
For dinner, I ended up ordering a custom meal since I am not a fan of steak or fish (the main course options on the GF menu). My server so kindly went back into the kitchen to check with the chef to see if he could make me a chicken breast and some steamed asparagus safely. They could, so that’s what I ended up getting. It wasn’t a lot of food for the price, but it was the BEST chicken breast I have ever had in my life. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an upscale or romantic dinner on the strip!
American
Burger Bar | Shoppes at Mandalay Place
I really enjoyed this place. Our server was amazing and took great care to explain to me (and double check to calm my anxiety) that they can make my food gluten and dairy free and that they take special precautions in the kitchen to prevent cross contamination. They even have a dedicated fryer for the fries so I was able to indulge in some yummy fries, something that I do not get to do often.
I ordered a build-your-own burger. I chose a grilled chicken breast with caramelized onions, avocado, spinach and tomato on an Udi’s Gluten Free bun. It was paired with fries and it was super delicious! The price was also really reasonable too.
In-N-Out | The Linq Promenade
I can officially say that I am now a mega fan of this West Coast phenomenon. This was my first time ever trying In-N-Out, and I have to say that I wish they had these here in the Midwest. They are wonderful when it comes to dealing with allergies. They have a dedicated fryer for fries since they are the only thing that they fry. You can also order a burger protein style and they will put it between 2 pieces of lettuce of you. Make sure you alert them of your allergies at the time of ordering so that they clean the grill and change their gloves. Check out what I got below!
California Pizza Kitchen | The Park
I LOVE California Pizza Kitchen because of their certified GF pizza menu. I can always count on this restaurant to take great care of me to ensure that I do not get sick (I wrote a whole post about how wonderful they are here). Whenever I go I always order the GF BBQ Chicken Pizza with added pineapples & mushrooms. The pizza comes with no cheese as I alert them of my Celiac and dairy allergy at the time of ordering. My pizza always comes out with a gluten free pick and is ran out separately by a manager. As usual, it was delicious and I will be back at my local CPK soon!
Mexican
El Segundo Sol | Fashion Show Mall
Let me just start off by saying BOTTOMLESS SALSA AND CHIPS! This place was absolutely amazing and I am SO happy we were able to eat here on our trip because I love Mexican food. They take food allergies seriously here and fill out your order on a pink slip when it is submitted to the kitchen and everyone on the line changes their gloves and handles your food in a cleaned kitchen space.
We went here during happy hour, which is everyday from 4-7pm where they have half off drinks ($5 margaritas woohoo!) We got the bottomless salsa and chips (they have a dedicated fryer for all of their corn chips so they are 100% gluten free) and guacamole made table-side as our appetizer. As per usual, it was delicious!
For my meal I ordered the gluten free vegetarian tacos which came with warm corn tortillas. I was in absolute heaven as I have not had tacos at a restaurant in years! My food came out with an allergy pick, again, making me feel safe knowing that my dietary needs were taken care of. This place was SO good for authentic Mexican food and I highly recommend it!
Asian & Chinese
P.F. Chang’s | Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
I can always count on finding at least one P.F. Chang’s while I am on vacation. As many of you probably already know, P.F. Chang’s is wonderful when it comes to gluten free and food allergies. When we arrived, I asked for a gluten free menu at the host stand. When our server came to our table I alerted him of my needs and he went and printed out an allergy list which told me exactly which dishes I could order that would be 100% gluten and dairy free (this is my favorite thing about PFC’s, besides the food of course).
I decided to go for something different than my usual chicken lettuce wraps and ordered the Gluten Free Shrimp Pad Thai. I loved it so much that it is now my new favorite and I will order it from now on. My meal came out on a rounded plate with a black border which signifies that the meal is an gluten free/allergy meal and is ran out separately from the rest of the food to avoid any accidental last minute cross contamination.
I will update this list as I discover more Celiac Safe restaurants in Las Vegas, but until then I hope this list serves as a guide for you to have a fun and SAFE trip!

I ask for some olive oil & balsamic (most places have this or a dressing containing it) and ill dip the gluten free bread in it. Sometimes, I just eat the bread plain because there is no other option and I am just so glad I can have bread at a restaurant.
That’s great, but what do you put on the gluten free bread, since most places don’t have margarine, only butter? That’s the problem I have when traveling.
You’re welcome! Hope you enjoyed your trip 🙂
Thank you for this amazing post! my husband is gluten and dairy free and this really eased my mind about going to Vegas!
