Gluten Free Festival Coming to Illinois October 14 & 15, 2023 – WIN FREE ADMISSION

After a three year break, it’s time for the largest in-person gluten free event in the US! The Nourished Festival, is coming back to Illinois. If you aren’t local, don’t worry there is an online version of the festival taking place that you can attend for FREE.

Like in previous years, I have been chosen to be one of the featured bloggers at the event. I cannot wait to connect with all of my fellow gluten free blogger friends and brands on October 14 & 15, 2023!  (Stick around to the end of the post to see how you can win FREE tickets to the Festival, 4 people will win!) 

Imagine being in a place where you can eat EVERYTHING – a dream come true, right?! I LOVE this gluten free and allergy friendly expo as it’s a place that I can discover and try new delicious gluten free foods and also connect with my favorite brands.

This festival is AMAZING, every year I am always super grateful for the friendships and knowledge I leave with! If you are new to gluten free life, or even if you are a seasoned (GF seasoning, of course) vet when it comes to this gluten free world, you will leave this festival with a bag full of goodies, a smile on your face AND a full tummy! Yes – I said full tummy, there are samples GALORE and guess what!? THEY ARE ALL GLUTEN FREE and, if you have other food allergies or intolerances like me, or if you follow a special diet, they have dedicated sections just for you!

That’s not all, many of the vendors are free from the top 8 allergens (or at least some) so there is truly something for everyone to eat.

This gluten free festival is truly fun for all ages. In addition to the delicious food, there are fun activities for the kids and there are many classes on a wide range of topics when it comes to living with dietary restrictions.
