User information is stored in a password protected two-factor authenication list through MailChimp. MailChimp remains GDPR compliant (see their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use). A user can request to receive exactly what information of theirs is stored by contacting us through the Contact page. Users have a right to be forgotten, which means they may request to be removed or deleted from the list at any time. NOTE: users will be automatically deleted within 48 hours of unsubscribing.

In the event of a Data Breach, all users (affected or not) will be notified within 72 hours of occurrence. Chronically Gluten Free takes precaution to prevent any sort of data breach by requiring two-factor authentication when logging in to view sensitive information. Passwords are also routinely changed every 60 days to ensure optimal security.
