Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Cook macaroni noodles as per directions on the box. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine avocados, cream cheese, garlic, almond milk, salt & pepper. Beat until a creamy texture is reached. You may need to add a little more milk but be careful not to add too much, you don’t want the mixture to become watery!
  4. Add cooked noodles to the avocado cream; toss until all noodles are covered.
  5. Pour mac n’ cheese into oven safe baking container(s) top with breadcrumbs and shredded cheese. (NOTE: You can add cheese to the top after it is baked as shown in photos)
  6. Bake for 15 minutes & ENJOY!
