French Toast Casserole Bites – Gluten Free & Dairy Free
These gluten and dairy free french toast casserole bites are the perfect on the go breakfast! They are also great for kids and sleepover parties. Super easy to make and oh so delicious you NEED to make these!

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°
  2. Slice bread into smaller pieces, like squares. Do this in groups of 4-5 slices of bread until the whole loaf is cut. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine the 6 eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix together.
  4. Add bread to the egg mixture. Toss until evenly coated. If some of the bread pieces break a little, it is ok.
  5. Scoop into molds, cover with foil and refrigerate for at least an hour. For maximum french toast flavor, prepare this before bed refrigerate overnight and bake it in the morning.
  6. Bake or 40-45minutes leaving the molds covered in foil.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then flip the molds upside down on a sheet of parchment paper to release the french toast bites.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar (OPTIONAL) and enjoy with your favorite syrup!
