  1. In a large pot add butter and coconut oil and heat on medium until everything is melted together.
  2. Add marshmallows to pot. Mix in with the butter mixture on low/medium heat until marshmallows are fully melted. Stir constantly to avoid burning. This could take up to 10 minutes.
  3. Turn heat off. Add melted marshmallows into a large mixing bowl, add vanilla & rice crisps. Mix until rice crisps are fully covered.
  4. Once everything is combined, press into buttered glass container with wet fingers (this is so your hands do not become sticky and have the rice krispies get stuck to your fingers).
  5. Let cool for at least 15 minutes.
