Easy 20-Minute Garlic Pasta - Gluten Free, Organic and Vegan

  • 1 box Jovial Gluten Free Bow Tie Pasta
  • 3/4 cup Organic Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 3 cloves Garlic miced
  • 20 Organic Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 3/4 cup Organic Spinach
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper


  • Organic Basil to top


  1. In a medium pot add 3 cups of water and a pinch of salt and bring water to a boil. Add in pasta. Cook pasta according to directions on the back of the box.

  2. In a medium skillet combine 1/2 cup of olive oil, garlic and tomatoes. Cook on medium for 5 minutes. 

  3. Add in spinach, salt, pepper and the remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil and simmer on medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until spinach is very dark green and cooked. 

  4. Once your olive oil sauce is made, pour over pasta and combine.

  5. Serve topped with a sprig of basil (optional)
