Please note: This post is NOT sponsored, however, I did receive the pasta for free. I would never share anything that I personally do not love or use.
A few weeks ago, I received a box of goodies from Jovial. Among those goodies was a box of their gluten free brown rice farfalle (aka bow tie) noodles. I was SO excited when I saw these because I hadn’t come across a gluten free bow tie noodle before.
Inspired by the picture on the box, I created a quick meal that my whole family enjoyed! This meal was SO easy and included ingredients I already had in the fridge. I love being able to create something that is both delicious and free from many allergens.
Making a healthy gluten free and vegan dinner doesn’t have to be time consuming. In fact, the less time it takes, the faster you get to eat it (and let’s be real, who doesn’t LOVE to eat?!)
