Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour 1:1 cup for cup ratio
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or cane sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles i used plant based ones

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • plant based food dye optional

Instructions

Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 375° and prep a donut pan with butter or coconut oil to prevent sticking.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  3. In a small mixing bowl combine milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract.

  4. Mix the liquid into the flour mixture gradually until dough forms.

  5. Mix in the sprinkles and transfer dough to a donut pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes before adding the glaze.

Glaze

  1. In a small bowl combine powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract and mix until glaze is formed. Add in desired coloring.

  2. Dip donuts into glaze and top with sprinkles. Enjoy!
