Preheat oven to 375° and prep a donut pan with butter or coconut oil to prevent sticking.
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a small mixing bowl combine milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
Mix the liquid into the flour mixture gradually until dough forms.
Mix in the sprinkles and transfer dough to a donut pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes before adding the glaze.
In a small bowl combine powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract and mix until glaze is formed. Add in desired coloring.
